Hey there! I'm Cubby.

Cubby Graham is a photographer, creative strategist, and speaker who has spent over a decade using storytelling to connect people, inspire action, and drive meaningful impact. With a passion for human-centered storytelling, he helps brands and causes craft narratives that resonate and move audiences.

For 12 years, Cubby played a pivotal role in shaping charity: water’s storytelling identity, helping it become one of the world’s most recognizable nonprofits—renowned for its creativity, ethical storytelling, and innovation. He traveled the world documenting thousands of stories with dignity and respect, ensuring individuals and communities were represented with truth and care. His work contributed to raising over $1 billion for clean water, generating nearly 1 billion impressions, over 30 million engagements, and 155 million video views on social media.

Beyond content creation, Cubby led the Local Storyteller Initiative, building a global network of creators to document stories from within their own communities. He also pioneered social-first video and content strategies, crafting campaigns designed to engage audiences where they are and spark real-world action. As a speaker, he has shared insights on storytelling, creativity, and social impact at SXSW, Spredfast, Harvard, Columbia, and Princeton.

His work has been featured on billboards worldwide—including Times Square—and in publications such as Fast Company, Forbes, New York Magazine, and The Guardian. He has photographed covers for New York Times bestselling books and was formally invited to the White House when First Lady Michelle Obama lifted the photo ban.

Now, Cubby brings his expertise in visual storytelling, social-first content, and strategic consulting to new projects. Whether through photography, speaking engagements, or brand collaborations, he remains committed to crafting stories that inspire and create change.

In his free time you can find him in hot pursuit of the best cup of coffee and exploring new places around the world.
